In order to prepare your files for printing, you must...

• Ensure that the file is 300 DPI (dots per inch). This is the minimum required resolution for DTF transfers for a clear print.
• Ensure the file has a transparent background if this is required and is the file is in the correct final size you need to print.
• Try to provide an image with a crisp edge. If the edge is blurry, it will print inconsistently.
  
  Thin lines and small dots will have problems printing and adhering. Consider thickening the line.
  
  
  Putting a background or outline around it that matches the garment color that it's going on is also a good solution.
  
  
• Ensure that the file is in an accepted format: PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, no JPGs unless a transparent background is not required except if the shape of the image is a perfect square or perfect rectangle.

Turn around time on small orders is usually 3 to 5 business days. Larger orders will vary and a time estimate will be included with the invoice.
